Wrong people...we vegans get much more protein from other sources. Milk is for calves...not humans. Humans are the only mammals that drink milk for most of their life. Why are you drinking milk from a cow? That milk is harmful and we are not calves!

Eggs contain a lot of protein (vegans don't usually get enough it) and milk contains calcium (and some milks contain also vitamin D to enhance it's effect). Also the only source of vitamin B12 (besides supplements) is meet, milk and eggs.
