I was so excited about the second album of savage cirucs, 'cause the first was amazing and i had doubts about "Of Doom and death". But they didn't disappointed me. A third album in THIS quality and they're in the highest class of metal-bands.

@thetoastofdoom Its not supposed to be Mordor. Its supposed to be the "Dark Tower" from Stephen King's series of the same name. ironically, Stephen King basically stated that The Dark Tower is his personal homage to Tolkien and Lord of the Rings - so the Dark Tower is a symbolic reference to Mordor in and of itself. Blind Guardian, Savage Circus and Demons and Wizards all have many songs that are about the Dark Tower Series - in addition to their songs about Lord of the Rings.

I miss Thomen "The Omen" Stauch.......!!!!he was the Ultimate power metal drummer!!!!!!! no shit....he was unreachable.....so powerfull....so good....so fast and slow - heavy at the same time....aaa...and don't forget the changes he made all the time....!!!....aaa....new age power metal drummers like Frederik Ehmke (Blind Guardian) cannot reach his level and they will never to it.....!!! Thomen was the King !!!

@fatfatat444 A lot of later era Hammerfall is very slow to mid-tempo with only the occasional fast song. Also Serenity tends to be on the slower side of things. Atlantean Kodex is super slow even though they are technically doom-metal. There are a ton of others, I'm sure.

this band is awesome but they should form their own sound because they sound like blind guardian and persuader combined. But don't get me wrong i still think this band is awesome. I love power metal that is not afraid to be heavy and that's what savage circus is.
