  • Los armónicos quedaron bellísimos, me enamoré de esta pieza.. no puedo creer que no haya escuchado esto antes.

  • hheeheheh,,simpatica

  • @abstrationsss

    Hi from french riviera!

Have you buy an extra guitar?

Beware with your right hand position

You could have some difficulties later!

Have you played some roland dyens"s pieces or some concerto with orchestra?

Hope to read you soon !kisses

  • Hey thats pretty cool! Here's alittle tip :

it looks like your leaning a bit to far to the left which means yout guitar is not at an comfortable height and angle. You could use an extra guitar support on your lap to make up for it. good luck

  • meravigliosa !

    per favore suona " choros n. 1 "

    grazie

  • Y a de l’interprétation.

Après on peut ne pas être d'accord mais y a de l'esprit et de la maîtrise technique.

    Pretty good!

  • You're reali good

  • 1:04 thats how you do a guitar

  • I love this prelude and this video too :D!

  • Who cares about the sheets, it's called interpretation and she does it just fine, let

    's see your version. Awesome!

  • aaa the squeaks!!

  • Tutto bene. Un consiglio gratis: acquista corde diverse. Sono troppo rumorose. Forse sono anche nuove,ma comunque prova altre corde,Pirazzi, Aquila corde,La bella Argent...eccetera. Prova

  • I love you.

  • you're pretty good with the dynamics in this piece. my teacher just gave me this piece on friday. if anyone is reading this comment, any tips for me?

  • Very good! Im almost done with this piece and this has helped! Oh btw, Nice Chuck Rodgers! I'm thinkin about getting one. :D

  • Excellent! I've always wanted to learn that prelude...

  • very good

  • Well...you played it in a very good way! i really enjoyed this vid....

  • very nice :)

  • What's the make of your guitar? I love the sound. I'd really appreciate it!

  • No no no no.... Forget what you heard in theat masterclass.... That´s not what Villa-lobos meant! This is a sad song! play it like you have a depression... and then all of a sudden you have a rage attack! Play the progression faster than this and the harmonic parts muuuuuch slower....

Are you Brazilian? Just like villa-lobos, I am... that does not mean a lot, I know, but I have been studying Villa-Lobos's work for many years now.... Trust me, it´s gonna sound much more beautiful! Keep playing!!

  • Nice playing...

  • And something else don't put too much pressure on the left because unwillingly goes ligado slide or glissando ghost notes everywhere

  • The wrist away from the tapas and the right hand must stay still, otherwise you will not increase your dynamics manipulation nor the quality of tone. Play more close to rossete at all times, playing close to bridge is used rarely unless doing right hand conditioning.Anyway considering the difficulty of this piece I can tell that you doing well.

  • mi si sol fa#.... re re-mi

should have a nice glissando i think

  • i love it!! :D

  • great holding position. the squeak is mostly because of the chords, do not worry much about it. the harmonics part is indeed animato. I see this video is almost 2 years old so I guess now you play it way better. keep it up

  • Muito bom!continue assim!

  • Vc é linda!

Teu violão tem um otimo som!

Tua postura é otima, seu toque é seguro e preciso,

    Parabens!!

    Perfeito

  • great job! im working on this peice right now as well, my only two criticizms would be in the first section to show more dynamics between the melody and the chords, and the harmonic section in my opinion was a little fast. i liked how the second section was played slowly and clearly, id rather hear that than far too fast and all jubled together. i liked it!

  • Fantastic !! I love it !!

    Jose Garcia

  • wow you pulled it of ... i given up playing this when i got to the arpeggio bit :)

  • are you part asian? hopefully not a strange question.

  • faaaaaaaaail

  • As a lapsed guitarist I really enjoyed watching and listening to this, thanks!

  • I like your interpretation of this. People say the harmonics are too fast but in my opinion it is just a question of interpretation, if you feel it should be played that way no one should tell you otherwise.

I've been playing classic guitar for a year and 8 months or something, I've learned prelude no.3 and i'd like to learn this one. Keep it up, I like to hear you play!

  • Wow

I like the harmonics in that "animato" way :D

  • The harmonic sections are played too fast. Great playing, but is going to sound a hundred times better once truely recorded. Slow down, take your time, let the emotion of the peice speak for itself.

  • musician with skills + hot = very nice combination, conrajulations

  • your good!

  • no hay nada mejor en la vida que una mujer bella con guitarra.

    mucha suerte!!

  • Hey great playing, i really love this piece.

  • 1. play your tempo the way you feel it. if we all played the same way, what would be the point in listening to each other at all, right?

    2. we play wound strings with calloused fingers, some squeaks are inevitable.

    3. i enjoyed your performance, and i'm very glad that i stumbled onto your channel. i hope you put many more videos up! bravo!

  • amazing girl^^

  • Great Performance!!

    Nice play!

  • great performance

  • 1:20 sqweekk sqweekk

  • very good, but u play the second half of the harmonic part a little bit too fast. Feel the music more.

  • Wow, very nicely played, excellent harmonics. Very good musicality.

    You got talent!

  • This was one of the first pieces performed in recital. I have since played all his preludes and I find that I like this one the least but, I still like it. My fav. order is: 5, 3, 2, 1, 4(perhaps at this moment I am feeling the major keys)

  • @ZzOoTtZz Interesting, my preferences are the opposite lol! I much prefer the crazier minor sounding stuff.

  • Holy Shit. Your the first girl ive seen that can play great. Marry me.

  • 1. Use glissandos instead of hammer ons

    2. Don't rush the harmonics - if anything, rubato.

  • Nicely done!! Scott

  • wonderful job. you really feel the music. and you are so beautiful! :D

  • Nice work! on a seemingly simple piece, that is actually quite demanding.

    Dimitrios

  • Hey well played!

  • I agree with vfaguitar, that you should be mindful of scratches and squeaks.

I never did learn this particular piece so I can't comment on the issue of timing.

Have you tried Capriccio Arabe yet? ... it seems like it would fit well with the rest of your repertiore.

    Keep up the good work.

  • very good,

be carefull with that scratch when changing chords

  • Nice interpretation. 5 star

  • What do you mean with Indian in the tags? G_G

    ------

    Btw, nice playing...

  • very nice job sounds great:)

  • Very good. Too much string noise though, Try jumping from chord to chord instead of sliding. But yeah, your sound is excellent!

  • Nossa que Gostosa

com vc desse jeito é casamento na hora

  • Good playing !

Pay attention to the indications on the sheet. The second section is ''animato'', try to create a movement. The harmonics are a bit too fast, try to feel them. Good.

  • hmm..at least u know the notes!..

Try different positions for the first part ur creating too much work, villa lobos intentionally when he wrote the score kept the voices together on the same strings so if u change bass strings ur killing the piece!. the arpegios r ok but they're meant to be a bit faster. and ur harmonics r WAY TOO FAST, ..ur good..first step is to learn the piece, second step is to follow instructions of the composer, third step is personal interpretations, 4th is performing :)

  • hey!! you play very well, but i think its toooo fast, and you're toooo pretty.

  • very well done

  • I don´t care if you play good or bad. you are soooooooooooooooo nice, OMG

  • beautiful... just like you xD

    x

  • the part with the arpeggios is so breathtaking *-* i really love when they're plaid slowly, I just can't stop listening to your version !

  • that was.....beautiful

  • nice, can u pass me the tab o partiture ? thanks

  • sweet

  • Chea, girls that play guitar are awesome

i named my guitar isabella, Maybe i shud try some classical too

  • You play very well. I'm always enthralled and amazed when I see a female classical guitarist, actually when I see anybody with a mutual interest such as the classical guitar in this mainstream day and age. Good friggin job, keep it up no matter what :)

  • Great

  • you are very talented! Keep going!!!! the world needs more female classical guitarists!!!! 5*

  • ... It's all about your own interpretation of the piece and how you feel it should be played. I try to play this piece with as much expression as possible, and I find that I do it better when I play that section slower. However that is my own opinion, and if you feel it is played best how you do it, then stick with it :)

  • when you are playing the tapped harmonics section, play it slower. watch Bream play it once and you will know what i mean :)

  • Thanks for your comment. I've had a lot of comments concerning the harmonic section. I played this in a masterclass and was specifically told to play that section faster because it is written as animato.

  • @abstractionsss I actually think it sounds pretty awesome when played faster like you did.

  • Comment removed

  • @Mtallica101 no way you can play it faster or slower. we must play according to the sheet dude. this is classical, not jazz.

  • nice

    m working on prelude no.3

  • la parte de los armonicos son mas lento en esta pieza inmagina el canto de un indio paraguayo en la selva lo demas esta bastante bien

the armonic are more slow, think in the indian song in the paraguay forest, the music in general i like, you are mad but beutiful congratulations

  • Eccellente, brava.*****

  • Bravo, tu as un très bon niveau !

    Continus ! :D

  • WOAH, what a difference from the etude no 5, now you can really play! 5 stars here

  • wow!!! :)

  • Complimeti..brava!

  • abstractionsss,

"It annoys me to film myself over and over again because I am never happy with any of the videos" It's all about the music and the fact that you are recording is a testiment to your passion. Please continue, your talent needs to be seen and heard. thanks...Steve

  • Excellent. I heard John Williams play this many many years ago and have always loved it. It has special meaning for me. Well played! I do agree with rvitch that your harmonics are a bit hurried. But otherwise, excellent. Thank you.

  • That well you touch the guitar very good technical friend and it gives taste to see many people been interested in the musical culture . I also am guitarista and go to postulate to the conservatoire of my country.

    Chau friend luck.

  • THANKS EVERYONE for the comments!!

    <3

  • @abstractionsss will you be my girlfriend?

  • I was very impressed with your playing! This is a piece that I am also working on. Your tone is wonderful in the first section and you show great potential in the 2nd. I would suggest working on lifting your finger on the base melody in the second section. The squeaking detracts from your playing and it is only a matter of practice. I wonder at your tempo with the harmonics, it seems a bit fast, but that may just be your interpretation.

    Thank-you for uploading this.

  • Thank you! Yes, I am constantly working with my squeaks. It does take away from the music sometimes. I was told in a masterclass that the harmonic section should be faster than I was playing it before. When I play them fast though, there's kind of a hesitation or its off beat.
