Actually, konata isn't truly Moe at all. She is Super Otaku. Moe is someone who is generally very clumsy and easily flustered, who usually has a pretty face, who ends up in the spotlight, despite never truly desiring to.

Moe is a collection o stereotypical traits in anime and manga, as well as VNs, that people find attractive to them. Things like Nekomimi, Meganeko, Magamaeko((hair in eyes, MY personal fav)), the aforementioned clumsy, and things like Tsundere and Kuudere.

Nonono, Yandere is taking someone moe like Tsukasa for example and adding a hidden psychotic murderer side (the character comes with it, they don't gain this side; someone who becomes psychotic is a yangire. Tsundere lies in the name, tsuntsun means something like mean or irritable, and deredere means lovestruck. Hope that cleared things up =D
