Might it have been due to the fact that for once the cities were more prepared and needed less help? It sounds to me as if you are just wanting to point the finger and blame the administration of Concordia without knowing the full extent of the situation.

Rant was fairly well stated but topic is truly unfounded.

This really sums up society as a whole. No one has any morals. It's all about them, and the only reason they might help out, is if there is something in it for them. I was raised to help someone when they need it, and I always have done just that, even if there is nothing in it for me but the satisfaction at the end of the day of just knowing I did my part.

@therealjimguy well and that's kinda the real sad part is, that's just what these kids want to do... they want to help people, for nothing else than knowing they helped a fellow human in need.

Haven't watched all your videos yet. Didn't know you uploaded until a couple days ago when I decided to check on your new youtube. ANYWAY, perhaps two intros? One for rants with that statement and another one for News.

@MisterPurpleLotus yeah i really have always wanted to do intro's and sometimes i'll randomly cut something into the first few seconds... but that's all... it's too unfortunate you cannot use any amount of music you don't own on youtube, otherwise i would have long ago made myself an intro

@MisterPurpleLotus Partners aren't allowed to use copy-written music either... in fact partners can have their ads pulled for having a radio on in the background according to the partnership agreement.

That's the way it's SUPPOSED to work yes. But to be honest it doesn't work that way. Can't count how many videos I've watched with music that is copyrighted. The world never works the way it says it's going to.

im a high school student in west fargo :).. west fargo doesn't flood really... but last year we had school out for about a week and we were sandbagging before that, last year was alot worse. last i heard the river is at 30ft and it was supposed to crest tonight or early tomorrow at 38.
