  • North Korea is the best Korea!

  • My Contry whos Comunis beffor and now is Democratic...FUCK DEMOCRATIC....Long lide NORTH KOREA....Ewry day somebody is bleeding ..ewryday somthing missing something rob

  • it's funny how they are celebrating when most of the population is starving, without internet, TV, radio, or cars. they live under a f@#%^&*&^% dictator that is testing nuclear weapons.

  • Everything is wonderful in North Korea! Nobody died of massive starvation, what a bunch of bullshit

  • wow..!!!

  • Propaganda. They would be the size of needles and there would be no lights.

  • โหหสุดยอดเลย

  • It's Communism.

They're allowed to have fun, but it has to be organized fun!

  • ... someone PLEASE tell me that the huge background screen is automated...

  • Comment removed

  • @ChilSeongGeom - actually, no, the background isn't automated. the background is actually it's own event in the Mass Games, and it's comprised of thousands of young men, called "card-turners," who are equipped with a booklet that contains a different part of an image on each page. the individual pages are marked so that each image can be quickly identified. each man carries many different images in this booklet, that, when combined in perfect unison, creates the full background that you see.

  • @ickytips - In America, we would also have thousands of people turning colored paper cards to create static pictures at our large events, but instead we created the jumbotron. Benefits of the jumbotron: can be seen in the dark, incorporates moving pictures ("video"), and doesn't require days of practice by thousands of bored, underutilized, starving slaves.

  • @ChilSeongGeom - "The rapid change of images was achieved by changing a card with another in swift and synchronized movement. The synchronization is achieved after several hours-long rehearsals and employs much choreography."

  • That's what they do..it brings out the true meaning of communism.

  • Often incredible things come from extreme abnormality. No crowd seems to come close the the NK's precision card 'art' show. But no place on earth could create such isolated obsession with such robotic perfection en masse... could they ? Imagine red card holder number 5,639 decides not to follow the plan . I'm sure the punishment is death, but i hope not.

  • Long live international communist solidarity !!!

Long live North Corean Working Class !!!

Long live Kim Yong Ill !!!

  • @workergirls Fuck communist solidarity!

    Fuck North Korean Working Class!

  • Very Beautiful!!Such talent! Wow!

  • die haben nichts zu fressen aber solche pompösen veranstaltungen durchführen.... kaum strom in den stäten, kaum bzw. keine autos auf den strassen.... tolles land :/

  • @Opelneuling Isn't it what Hitler do to your country 70 years ago?

  • danngg!!! who would've guessed north korea can do something like this-- we ourselves are brainwashed to think north korea are stone age people lol

  • @Hpyrr328 Your falling for the propaganda.

North Korea is all about propaganda.

While the regular North Korean has no freedom and is starving, these actors are given the very best treatment north korea can offer. They receive beauty treatment like no other.

When all the ones unable to do the tasks are sent to a prison camp/executed, all healthy looking civilians are forced to come here.

Now they roll in the journalists and propaganda filmers.

  • propaganda/advertising can be art. the art of manipulating/appealing to human nature

  • @theabbyemay Yes Bernays did hes "work" on populising propaganda thru hes uncle Sigmund Freud. Buncha Pavlovs dogs on each country and then are some who dont act like dog other put them to camps other to poverity wo any interest. So which is more bad .. i donno.

  • Nordkorea rockt :D

  • rehearsals.... rehearsals.... forced rehearsals :(

  • What the heck is going on at :40? Are they actually celebrating their ability to cause nuclear destruction?

  • wow the girls are really synchronised!!

  • It's beautiful and artistic. I love North Korea, although I'm not North Koren or Communist. Even Communism is forbiden in my country, and American propaganda dominate mass media in my country. Americans think they're the most civilized people in the world. They don't know how cruel their troops are in the countries occupied by the USA. They don't know the real history of the world war 2. Americans are mostly idiot.

  • well if u live in USA say thank you to north korea when they nuke u =)

  • @psikopat88 You should know that North Korea today is one of the worlds most dangerous countries, with their leader having a grip on every living citizen in that country. If you are talking about cruelty, then check out North Korea, where abduction of peoples is thing that happens on a daily basic, for things that means jack shit. This is merely something that they need to do in order to survive, it provides food. And if they refuse, they die. Not artistic, not at all.

  • @psikopat88 I'm not going to disagree with you on there are a lot of americans that are idiots but you sound like an idiot when you generalize and say Americans are mostly idiots"

  • @psikopat88 your name suits your comments very well. "PSYCHOPATH"

  • This /watch?v=p_oueK1OQYA is a present for North Korea.

    ;)

  • Execution of opening to the public must be done.

  • these kids can kick all of our american asses hahahahahaha

  • you should be executed, TRAITOR!

  • beautiful

  • @Gullysraelite only beautiful to idiots like yourself who don't have a fucking clue how this is 100% organized by the state

  • Call me an idiot if you want, but i know great artistic performance when i see it and this video is filled with it. If you have your politics keep it to yourself, I'm here for the art.

  • @Gullysraelite Some eye for art you have, performers covered in makeup who go home and struggle to get a proper meal

  • In Every County on Earth, they are people that struggle to get a proper meal, so what you're saying is not unique to any one place or people. The choreography and the entire show is beautiful to me, I don't know whey you seem to want me to use Politics as a blockage on my mind to not recognize art. Anyway this is my final comment on this matter.

  • Because its not by the people it's by the government for propaganda purposes. It is politics it's not art.

  • I agree. While these people are very talented, it is not art, it is robotics not art. At the risk of rhyming here, art comes from the heart. This is coerced.

  • @NJRocks281 Good morning, captain obvious but I agree with you, Gully whatever is an idiot"

  • if u will get mistake on dance step! They will cut ur dick off!

  • Hahaha.

  • what if u messed up?

    will they punish u?

even the children are brainwashed at an early age.

  • rong riv de grate reader kim el jing and der grate peeperers dat riv en de nort korerer.

  • The next day USA, Japan, and S Korea Air Force flew by and dropped bombs on them because of one man, Kim Jong il.

  • imagine fucking up

  • Uh Oh !

One of those girls was a bit off !

I'll bet the Dear Leader has had her whole family murdered before her eyes, and now she's starving to death in a work camp for the Dear leader.

All praise for the Dear Leader !!

  • this is so cool

you know that the big background is a "human lcd"

its more than 20 thousand people holding and changing different coloured cards

  • Are you kidding??

How are they so coordinated?? They're like robots. This is something you'd never see in the West.

  • Months of practice

    its so amazing

i just wanna know how they know which card to flip to! The show is like 2 hours long and they change it like every 30 seconds!

  • It must be like playing in a large orchestra. Every movement you make is part of a bigger sound, or this case picture.

  • couldnt of put it better

  • They practice 6 hours a day, 7 days a week, for 6 months straight.

  • yeah thats because we are free and dont have to do things like this against our will :)

  • actually, it's generally considered a great honour among koreans to participate in the arirang games

  • @madhammudeux They are Koreans, they are not in the west, nore should they be.

  • @madhammudeux Just look traffic on any country ..Workers wake up at .??. So what so difference in there :D

  • @madhammudeux they are slave more than a robot

  • @madhammudeux

hm maybe because...these guys are robots -.-

  • @madhammudeux They are (were) probably so good because if they failed they would be killed.

  • @EvanEqualsAwesome Yeah whatever, I'd like to see you achieve their level even if your life depended on it.

  • @madhammudeux Its called discipline lmao

  • That is the only LCD in North Korea. Nice try but they have far ways to go before Kim can enjoy his cheesy film collection on it.

  • G.Orwell's 1984=Big Bro.=Kim, ilSung and Kim, Jung Il=Robots=huge military barrack nation with many horrible gulags!!!

  • Are you Korean?Or Japan?

  • Looks like happy too me.

  • So, you see, North Korean are so united as a man, so they are really strong, just like iron. I thought America army could not deal with North Korea like Iraq. Except, every one of North korean Pople are dead.
