I made a l4d2 version of that UI but it's still in alpha and its based mosly upon your soundpack, I'm not a fan of anime so I left your anime ones out but you can release your own based upon mine with some finishing touches.

If you want I can send you a link to the VPK, or you can have just the file.

Search for "How to VPK other Mods" to find out how to make them into vpk format.
