But in the eyes of alot of better than anybody whites, black men are guilty till proven innocent. White defendants are given the benefit of a doubt.

What law enforcement personnel like Colson should have done was post the information on avoiding arrest on the Internet. Marijuana users and growers need as much information as possible to keep tragedies like this outlandish arrest from happening again.
