@novabuslfsafan I doubt it for more New Flyers because Minnesota was proposed to close their NF plant. My guess would be the Gillig Advantages if not Nova LFs or Orion VII NG.
@baul104 Good Job of taking shot of this sexy clean lookin RTS, Im gonna miss them when they are retiring. Can't believe they were still rollin' on Highway 75 to Great Lakes Crossings.
Thanks! I'm glad they are still active, but sadly, they may be retiring sooner or later... And plus, these RTS buses of Flint should be nicknamed "The Ol' Road Warriors", don't you think?
WOW, I cannot believe that those TMC RTSes are still operating from MTA, especially to Great Lakes Crossings. I better hurry up and try to catch them before retirement. I remember last time I rode their TMC #102 on Route 1- N. Saginaw St. about 11 years ago.
Thats right because we both never know when these RTS buses will face retirement though so go on up to Flint and get a ride on these RTS buses while you can!
@baul104 I think that those first New Flyers that came to MTA back in 1996/97 were the ones that replaced the GMC RTSes, I wish that I would have a picture of their GMC RTSes. But TMC RTS has done so much excellent job for working hard from MTA for over 20 years so far.
@mm2haloguy: I know... These buses are like workhouses that has been roaming the streets and freeways/highways of Flint since 1989 and 1990. These buses will surely be missed... However, I believe there may be very few of them running, but they could be very hard to find because they're probably slated down to rush hours only...
