These guys are amazing! But I have to say as far as the parkour goes..i mean, flips are more just for show and trick, they arent really efficient. You would flip around in a pursuit. Not trying to take anything away from these guys like I said they re great. But flips arent really all that important in parkour.

If training parkour and freerunning is always great fun and if you really want to become as good as them, and i seriously mean that you must want it, it is possible.

You must train very hard and often, but in 10 - 15 years you will be incredible, if you dont get injured.

But not many people have got such a strong will...
