This is the difining moment of how GMA responded to a calamity. She should have told the AF, esp the Navy to do some rescue work on the first hour of this flood. I'm a Filipino myself. It baffles me a lot why do some of our brethrens, amidst the tragedy like this recent catastrophe, still manage to laugh about and seem to celebrate. Maybe because they were safe and fortunate they still have houses and everything? What about those families whose members lost to the floods and their belongings submerged with their houses? They shud show a little respect for their unfortunate brethrens. They shud show a little sympathy or emphatize on them.
