The Genies are about Canadian programs and being proud of them, the Oscars are great and all but don't have the national pride the Genies do. Canada isn't a country that puts its money into nukes like America, but we do have the largest supply of uranium so we could make some weapons if we wanted to. Both countries are good in their own way so there's no need to fight.
