  • Using no medicaI tests at aII, I'm diagnosing you as 'crazy.' Here's a prescription for brain-disabIing "abiIify" a nueroIeptic drug.

I did this without any Iab test, brain scan or procedure known to medicaI science that you in fact "have" the "iIIness" impIied by the diagnostic IabeIs.

You're Iocked into a Iife-time diagnosis, needing Iife-time "treatments". MeanwhiIe, I'II get Iife-time payments, either from you or from your heaIth insurance.

Psychiatry is a scam, I was a victim.

  • @MegaScamBusters I got permanent central nervous system damage from Abilfy. That drug is evil.

I gained & lost 170 pounds on weight gainer meds. The CDC has said do not use weight gainer meds as the patient gets insulin-resistant Diabetes, but doctors still prescribe. We are being killed and damaged by the drugs. Big pharma is a scam.

Docs who prescribe based on perks from pharmacy rep shouldn't practice medicine.

  • These people, they won't stop until they have everyone diagnosed with one of their mental disorders. Psychiatry is a business, big business, not medicine.

  • I am married to someone with bipolar I. This has been my biggest problem in dealing with them - they typically refuse to acknowledge the illness, or, when they do, they use it as an excuse for bad behavior. And then they will blame you for their illness: "I would not be this way if you had not done such and such..." It's a nightmarish illness that is always present, even when somewhat "controlled" with medication.

  • its a problem if your selling pschiatric drugs, learn the truth

    CCHR.org

  • I will never take those toxic pills

  • Well, they say I have BP 2. I disagree 100 persecnt. I feel I have anxiety, and ADD but 95 percent of what I've heard Julie say, and I've listened to her podcasts, I do not relate to. It's frustrating.

I'm not denying and dx for the sake of denying it. I'm denying it because I don't relate to these symptoms. Yes, I get depressed, but its situational. I am hyper, but I feel it's anxiety.

I still don't believe I'm BP, and I'm not going to become a "placebo BP'er"

  • @RichieScorpio64 You could have Anemia (B Vitamin deficiency) that is causing depression. That is what happened to me. see Deplin.com for an explanation. I take the generic version of Deplin. L-Methylfolate (5-MTHF) by Metabolic Maintenance. I buy from NaturalHealthyConcept/com their price is best. Maybe a B Vitamin supplement would help you? If your problem is a vitamin deficiency the supplement will help. Estimates are 30-40% of depressed patients need need supplements

  • It's like Freud. He claimed that patients were proving they were ill by denying that they were ill. Turns out they weren't ill.

  • The worst is after you tell a Doc EVERYTHING, and 5 visits later you two dont agree, you have to start all over with a new DOC...WOW tooooo much talking. write me for help, Peter

  • My problem was getting a psychiatrist to listen to my full history and get them to understand that my depression was only part of it. But they are correct about one thing, you wait until you reach the bottom before you admit the problem. That's what happened to me.

I really enjoy the videos in this series. Well done!

  • I would like to argue that the other problem with the illness, is some doctors don't know what they're doing, and are starting to misdiagnose, and very inappropriately medicate people. There is also still much improvement needed in psychiatric "treatment." I started off with having social phobia, then bp II although I seemed to not have a lot of signs and symptoms. You have to be well informed before seeing a psychiatrists. These days it's all about the pills.

  • @auntanti amen to that. it is not as simple as people think.

  • "st johns wart" is a natural anti depressant with no side effects.

"Valerian root" has a great calming effect.

  • It should be every person's choice if they want to take psychiatric drugs or not. Psychiatric drugs have many deadly side effects and long term use causes irreversible damage and also makes a person dependent on them. I find that I recover from a manic/depressive/psychotic episode in the same amount of time with or without the drugs. The best way to cope with bi-polar is to learn self discipline and eat right get plenty of sleep and exercise, Melatonin is great for regulating sleep.

  • Our collective consciousness suffers

from a disconnection from the divine source

and have found a way to deal with problems

in our society by targeting anyone who strays from the path of the NORMAL,with diagnosis

of mental illness that must be taken into consern.

  • I hate when people say I'm manic it's caused a lot of fights with people I love and I feel like a dick beacause of it

  • Read Explaining colours to a blind man. Not only will it enlighten many as to what living with a mental illness is like, it also gives comfort to those sufferers who think there is no hope and that they are alone. It is very informative, sometimes shocking but also very funny in parts. All in all, a good read and highly recommended.

  • thank you
