  • Joe Wolf, who played like sheep

  • Greatest song on youtube.

  • Comment removed

  • I went to school with his nephew. That whole family is tall haha. His nephew is pretty good at basketball, though. His other nephew led Kohler's BBall team to the state championchip in '99. What a great game!

  • @OneShotStop229 I believe that. We like to bag on Joe Wolf, but hey, at least he PLAYED in the NBA! I need to remember that, before laughing at him. In high school, he was likely a big star.

  • A player like Joe Wolf only comes around once a generation.

  • the greatest player of all time !

  • He was a lotto pick, play in UNC, masta been good. But the most shocking is, he is the all tyme best high school player in Wisconsin. Didnt Sprewell went there? He now coaches with the bucks, i guess Scott Skiles was his buddy.

  • we used to crack up at Joe Wolf cards....thank you for this, you have done a great service to the country

  • Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

  • michael jordan also once wanted and drafted kwame brown. shows how much he knows about evaluating talent.

  • Jordan wanted Joe over Horace Gran cause Joe was a good player in North Carolina........ Joe for all people

  • This is a great video! Joe coached me through high school and he would love this video. Especially the "his hair was short in the front and the back flowed like a mane" part. That is the best line in it.

  • Make a song about Rafeal Belliard playing for the braves.

  • Haha, that's great to hear! Keep on singing it! I love it

  • I forgot to mention you have a good singing voice and this song is very catchy, i couldn't stop singing it!!

  • Yeah, if Joe Wolf had an NBA point for every trading card he has floating around somewhere out there, he would be a first ballot Hall of Famer. They flooded the market with cards of him and Dwayne Schnitznitz.

  • Man this guy was my most hated player for the sole reason being i bought a pack of cards once and three of his same card were in the damn packet! i mean what are the odds?

  • the best stay the best

  • the song is by the Oyl Miller Band.

They are very hit or miss.

  • who sings the song?

  • oh its so funny going to his dairy queen in SF and seeing his picture blocking patrick ewings shot. in your face big man.

  • go joe wolf! great song!

  • To all of the members of 'The Wolfpack' (Joe's unofficial fan club apparently) who have flooded my inbox, no, I will not be removing this video. I am paying tribute to the man in the only way I know how to pay tribute to a professional ball player with his unique skill set and haircut. I am encouraging people to remember a player that will surely not be remembered on the merits of his statistics. I question those who support Joe Wolf in an unironic manner. The video stays.

  • this song is a waste of time because i know joe wolf and he is makin more money then u ever will and is ur name on wikipedia i didnt think so so just stop trying to make songs about him if u dont like him gosh he is prolly one of the best bball players ever that didnt take drugs and who cares what he looked like gosh... that was the eighties nineties man nobody cared what they looked like

  • Joe is one of my favorite players and I wrote this song as a tribute to him. That is so great to hear that he is making a lot of money now! I am happy for all of his successes. I wish there were more players in the league today who had his heart and passion for the game. Today it is too much about drugs, entourages and bling. I long for the era when hard workers like Joe Wolf could fight their way on to NBA rosters. I hope that day will come again, but I fear it won't.

    Here's to you Joe Wolf!

  • Happy to conjure up a bit of personal nostalgia. He truly was a 'trading card all star.'

I think he was the ugliest person in human history before Sam Cassell came along and stole that title.

  • Thanks, dude. In the early nineties, for my then kid brother and me Joe Wolf was the ugliest person in human history. His name was used frequently as an insult. And since this was at a time when there was only a single NBA game broadcast every week here in Germany, we only knew him from a trading card.
