BigBull, thank you for uploading this video. I love Road Rash, and like the other commenters, I hope it'll come back one day. After playing the latest Hot Pursuit, I am frigging hoping that EA asks Criterion to make a new Road Rash game.

They'd be better off going the downloadable route to raise interest in a retail Road Rash game, I figure, not that I'd complain. A new Road Rash at a low price is music to my ears. :3

oh my god this game was fucking LEGENDARY. my friends and I would play this all night long at sleep overs. holy shit. greatest thing ever. the sound effects, the animations, the physics, everything about this game is FUCKING HILARIOUS. hitting people, getting hit, knocking people off, getting knocked off, the cops, the pedestrians, the weapons.

I recently played it again using an emulator, I was high as a kite, and playing this game had me in stitches. it was unbelievable. so much fun.

Hm, that would be great. Finally we are sitting infront of TV with XBOX Kinect and punching the air (similar to Wii) to punch down other bikers in the game. ;-) Grabbing road signs is a funny idea! I wonder, why there are Road Rash 1-3 on SEGA Genesis/Mega Drive but NO Road Rash on Super Nintendo. Its no SEGA-only as we can see in the N64-Version. (by the way: I loved the SEGA Saturn-version... unfortunally no multiplayer there)

@MrZillas That'd be a hard feat on Kinect IMO, but for some reason, I can see it on the Wii. Super Nintendo was supposed to get a version of the 3DO port of Road Rash (The one on PSX, Sega Saturn, and PC) but that was scrapped apparently. The only reason it was on N64, is because (my guess) the developer, who was actually from EA, was somehow able to have a license from THQ of the Road Rash IP, and chose N64 over PSX and Sega Saturn. He saw something in the N64 I suppose. Still EA's IP though.

@MrZillas I read news today of an article posted back in 2009 (I'm really late) saying EA was in the process of making a new Road Rash. Unfortunately, the same article was also saying it might have been scrapped, but there's been no official word on it since 2 years ago! There was a very interesting concept video to it and everything (although I'm speculating its legitimacy between official and fan-based). The coolest thing I saw was a biker taking road signs off the road to use as weapons.

Road Rash is a legend, but whenever I talk about it, nobody wants to believe. I laughed my ass off in 3:10 !!! LOLOLOL !! Sound is great, graphics are okay, fun is endless. Take 10 bucks and get it !!! You cannot do anything wrong. Many bikes, many skins, and in multiplayer its only fun!! (use the extra RAM-package!)

Yes, this is probably one of the best games ever made. The physics were awful, graphics were pretty good for N64, but it was just the goofy fun you got from kicking somebody into an on-coming semi-truck, and hearing the bone crunching crash.

I have an emulator with this game on my computer, never had a better nostalgic moment in my life.
