Note I have now removed a lot of this stuff inc relay and zener diodes and gone back to the simple voltage divider to reduce the battery voltage. See the thread on Insight central forum for schematic and latest updates.
I've ordered a selection of 100V+ zener diodes to make a low current 140v supply for the BCM/MCM this will be powered by the main battery pack so should work down to 145v or so.
