Mainly because many of the non-pay are illegal immigrants and congress is trying to eliminate tax money going to pay for healthcare for illegals

Ahmadinejad's base of support - already shrinking - is totally dependent on the goodies he disburses. That base would crumble if the price of oil dropped and stayed low. What are you talking about? Jackie never once mentioned that Obama's[lack of] sound US policies are the result of either the left or right, but rather Obama's own antipathy.
