  • your instructor is really encouraging, that always makes things more fun. Personally, as a beginner, I love pole...good luck with your classes if you continue them!

  • -.- this makes me sad...

  • I`d do something else, it seems you have zero talent for this. Never seen someone this unsporty before.

  • strippers in the making!!

  • What has she got on her feet..

  • This is exactly like what my first lesson was like 7 weeks ago on level one - now I've graduated from a static pole to a spinning pole, can do amazing tricks and tonight i climbed 12ft and touched the roof!

Its amazing how quickly your body picks up the muscle capacity you need to do this stuff and your body just kind of does it eventually. It builds confidence and self esteem as well!

I have one more lesson of level one (learning to go upside down next week) and then I'm onto level two.

  • er you're teacher is lame sorry my frnd was teaching me for a laugh and didn't teach me to just hold it lol . I like your boots btw:)

  • Hey girl! Don´t you have classes wearing heels!

  • when I see her walking like a sack of potatoes, I get sick!! .....

  • @twilightcatcher yeah that walking isnt even a pole dance walking

  • FAIL! first pole lesson, are you kidding me?? poor girl, get a GOOD teacher, who teaches STRETCHING first and easy figures on the ground, and spins........ not something advanced like this, with body control required!!! ... and I don't trust any teacher who wants you to practise in high heels.... these are for advanced pole dancers, you have to build BODY CONTROL!! -.-

  • @twilightcatcher yeah, I agree. I did the "seat" just last week and I have one month and a half of pole dancing.

  • she hasnt even learnt one thing and she is on to the next :L

  • thats too much of a hard trick to start on

  • this makes me wanna take a class :)

  • what type/brand of pole did you use? it looks sturdy and strong. Would appreciate it if you responded! THANKYOU!!! by the way - you did awesome for your first go!!!!!!!

  • hurennnnnn

  • she should have warned u that its gonna hurt the first few times you try it, but youll get used to it eventually

  • @ kelly3511 Okay. 1.pole dancing can be fun, and you can laugh at yourself for messing up.

    2. It can have enthusiasm, it means you've got alot of self-esteem. 3. Don't judge people if you dunno crap.

  • No ass what so ever :/ need some latinas

  • this deffo is not a teacher seen as teachers do not ask learners to wear high heels for the irst go seen as they could seriously injure themselves they really are just friends. Plus she teaching the girl all wrong seen as you dont jump into things she should be teaching this girl properly. If she is a teacher she needs to be re qualified seen as i can teach people better than that and i haven't been doing pole dancing that long

  • stop being so mean, if she's never danced before it could be hard, i mean, she needs to spread her legs, thats what she's doing wrong, but even in an environment like hers it can be and insecurity for some people. and her instructor coming to her house and being enthusiastic is good, it keeps ones sprites up and doesn't make then feel like complete fools. its her first lesson give her a break

  • u cant wear pumps when u r trying to strip

  • this must be a joke, this is probably the easiest thing to do other than a windmill...

  • OMG! I can hear her scratching up your pole with her jewelry!

  • I think your instructor is really amazing, friendly and giving you full attention , unlike other instructors who can't concentrate fully on an individual. Awesome!!!

  • Wow your instructor is terrible!!!! Her moves are all wrong!!

  • that looks so fun

  • They're accents are so annoying

  • This is terrible advice! there should be NO jumping! NO "springing!" One should be able to lift one's body to the desired position. Jumping is a way of gaining momentum without gaining the requisite upper body strength, and it's a fabulous way to injure yourself.

  • its not that dam hard

  • Bože to je takové poleno ta holka!!

proč tam leze když nevi jak ma dat nohy nic.

neumi si ani sednou na tyč :D

Pole dance je tvrdý sport a tanec není to sranda

  • Pole is hard. Good job for your first try!

  • The bloody boots did not help...

  • get a new teacher!!!!

  • If you can't pull yourself up then this would be hard. We used to do "jump and slide" before attempting the sit as you get used to jumping and pulling and holding your weight up. I couldn't watch all of this as it annoyed me!

  • Just do it allright! Geez, they take like forever to even show how a move is done xD Frustrating to watch...

  • I swear it is not that hard to jump on the pole that female I so weak

  • @taylor123able Pole is harder than yu think. Don't judge.

  • @princess19896969 That move looks easy, but I know I couldnt do it when I had to ahha

  • I know pole dancing is harder than it looks but I honestly don't understand how hard it could be to hook your thighs on the pole? I wish I had a pole handy to try this for myself now...

  • I've never done this before but common sense tells me the boots are NOT a good idea. The more skin, the better grip, right? I would dress more comfortably. I wouldn't want a wedgie the whole time. Hehe

  • @tabethajean29 Boots, if made of plastic/leather can actually help your hold. Skin moves and pinches. Plastic is more rigid and offers good grip without the pain.

  • Fucking sexy as hell!

  • Fail

  • Thigh hold is NOT a beginner move!

  • when is she going to realize that she's trying to hold onto the pole wrong? you grip with your thighs, not your knees and ankles....

  • i do pole dancing and i have never been to lessons where they were high heels for there first lesson you always have nothing on your feet until you can perfect the moves

  • OMG! Awful teaching I'm afraid! Rings? Boots? Bracelets everywhere? and since when do you teach a seat move straight off? She may well be a good dancer but definitely not a good teacher. =( really sad to see...

  • dude ur incredibly talented teacher is actually shit! go to a pole school to learn how to do it right. u have to learn how to climb the pole before u do any spinning.

  • in the words of my teacher "bad bunny don't hop" and it might be easier to do it without the boots

  • in the words of my teacher "bad bunny don't hop"

  • G unit?? lol

  • Is the instructor wearing rings?? She's going to scratch up that pole :(

  • omg that was a chair spin... not an ankle spin... she's teaching her the front hook and then switches at that last minute.

  • and your skin DOES NOT always automatically grip the pole. this is terrible.

  • you can't trust your body's strength if it isn't there.

  • dude, i had to learn how to climb, then sit... THEN once you got that down, you can get into a pole sit from a jump....

  • you can't learn to pole sit before you learn to climb with the leg.... wtf.

  • the best way to get up the pole is to use your strongest leg, womens legs are really strong so if you put tye top of your (right) foot against the pole as high as you can comfortably and rest your knee on the opposite side of the pole and hold on you will find you can use that leg to push up and wont have trust your arms as much, it also means your knee is already up and almost in position.

  • shes such a natural!

  • okay Im a beginner to, and the way to actually do this is to put your hands in front of your face and pull your self up, you don't actually have to cross your legs because your legs stick anyway. Your teacher is shit, she keeps saying well done when really you need her to tell you what your doing wrong. plus if your hands are sweaty wipe them as well making sure your pole isnt greasy. xx

  • very sexy

  • Your "instructor" sucks! seriously bad technique, on her part. hope you invested in some proper classes!

  • LOL. Yeah, you really should be able to lift your own body weight before you do this one! Also, am I the only one who cringes every time I hear her rings clink against the pole - must be scratching it to death :| Like nails down a chalk board!

  • Yea, It hurts like hell, but soon you will get use to it! :)

  • The first rule of pole is always lift NEVER jump!

  • if she is teaching you this.. she should be spotting you ...

  • co za łajza nie umie na rurkę wskoczyć :P

  • hey does she do classes?

  • She is not teaching you properly. There is supposed to be gradual progression focusing on getting you used to using the pole and building up your strength, plus also getting your skin used to having contact with the pole. I have been doing lessons for around 2 months and I have only just mastered jumping into the chair with ending up with friction bruises between my thighs.

  • @iimakraps i got cream want me to apply?

  • why did i feel like this could have been an intro to a prono....

  • well im self-taught and the first thing i learned is spins and pole climb..spins really helped me to build strength on my arms so i can hold my body's weight with control..inverted v and the rest was another challenge but managing them everything looks more easy coz im getting stronger now..the pole sit is tricky if u can't control ur body..build ur strength gradually

  • looool, trollin'? ^^'

  • you did great! i would never have been able to do that on my first lesson!

  • @fluffykid99 wow than dont watch it you fuckwad! be nice and stop making douchebag comments!

  • parece q no es tan facil como c ve ....

  • I have done this on my first lesson, the only hard thing was to stay up there brecause it hurt like hell.. but other than that, its just jump and hold.

especially the jump thing isnt that hard to do ...

  • omg u poor girl!!!! u look like ur in so much pain!!! i would get a new teacher!!! good job though :)

  • This literally just seems like 2 friends making fun of a pole dancing lesson, way too much enthusiasm and laughs. Unless it's just a really pathetic teacher that goes to her students homes to teach them...

  • @kelly3511 people do actually do that, some people feel more comfortable in their own homes. and why can't it be fun and enthusiastic??!!!??

  • @kelly3511 Yea... you might be right, however i dont think they are world class actressess :P. Emotions and reactions seem real

  • I really think that trainer needs lessons on how to train a beginner... I feel the only thing she had going for her was her high enthusaism and that Beautiful accent!

  • the teacher herself inst very graceful or coordinated either...

  • oh hunny you NEVER start off with anything that involves lifts not like this especially, you NEED a new teacher that understands you have to build up the other core muscles in pole dancing before that, start with basic spins and work your way up being able to brace yourself in the air from the ground before trying to pull up into a sit or could have at least taught you to climb first...

  • i start this next week and im shitting it haha

  • Poor thing. She keeps hurting her ankles. What a stupid teacher.

  • This is comedy genius! The woman should never be teaching you this on your first lesson. I agree with the others, as you need to become familiar with the pole and be comfortable with it before you start battering your shins on it. That said, it's still so funny. You did brilliantly considering :)

  • I love your accents! :)

  • I got all my lesson on stage;;;;making money while you learn from real pro's. Paying for this instead of getting paid for pole dancing. Think about that.

  • This is far too difficult to teach in the first lesson! Most people who start pole have little or no upper body strength which you require for this move. I would advise practising in bare feet without the boots weighing you down or putting you off balance. Once you've mastered moves put shoes etc on - if nothing else you'll scratch your pole when you're still in the learning stages. Good luck! :)

  • shit

  • this bitch is annoying as hell if she would stop lettin her ankles hit the dam pole she would git it done

  • terrible, shouldn't jump on the pole ever! climb it or just start standing. you dont need to hop to practice this leg cross grip

  • it would help if she didnt have huge boots on.

  • Girls should just use their natural ability on a pole in the same way that birds don't have to be taught to fly.

  • I'm really glad you put this up! I've been wanting to take pole dancing lessons but all I ever see is videos of people who just kick ass at it from the get go.. and didn't want to be the only one not being able to stay on the pole while everyone else was spinning upside down on it!

  • lmao she only been at it for a min and she is out of breath....Good luck with that, you might make 5 bucks then have to go home for the night.

  • @TheClownCentral

Have you ever tired pole dancing? It's VERY hard. So stfu. and plus this teacher sucks ass so she's doing the best she can.

  • hmm... i havent been to any pole dancing lessons but this lady seems kinda unprofessional... just my opinion :)

  • lol i would've done the thing with my feet too! LOL

  • I got this move too on my first lesson and it went fine?

  • wtf bitch u suck

  • first 2 mins is just what im like...lol

  • i did thease moves on my first lesson aswell along with a few of my firends and found it quite easy got some nice bruses tho

  • I've done 2 lessons so far and I haven't even learnt that yet because you need to build up you upper body. I've only just started learning to climb.

  • You suck u need more strenghth when I started dancing obese already on stage and tht move takes nothing . Your weak!! You will get sick bruices

  • Wow

  • Oh My God! I've been doing pole for about 4 weeks and i'm only just starting to sit! Who is this teacher?!

  • it lookj so easy when she do it and the other girl do it you just be like its prolli nt that easy

  • I agree! Very bad teaching!! Not safe at all!

  • this woman loves acting silly...she is not even paying attention to the teacher...on the first move she is hanging on to the pole with her ankles ...which is clearly not part of the move.....also keeps giggling ..like a little kid....

  • give her a round of applause she did really good. its not as easy as you think. very good job gurlie :)

  • Hmmmm. We learned that spin a few weeks in and the sit well into our lessons. I really think the sit thing is way too advanced for a first day. You should always start with a basic spin where you face the pole and spin down. Also, barefoot would be good.

  • wow hates on the teacher. anyone think maybe thats how she learned and is the only way she knows how to teach? she seems to be doing okay as a pole dancer whats wrong with her teaching someone else with the way she learned?

  • Terrible teacher! Many have mentioned the seat as an inappropriate first move to learn but that spin was taught wrong too. You hook your knee on the pole, not your ankle! Seriously, get a better teacher!

  • Is it seriously that hard..? T.T

  • @hopeisdope21 I thought I heard something click the pole....I never pole danced before, but common sense says, "don't wear rings or any jewlery on your hands." But, I have to give it to the girl who wanted to learn, at least she tried.

  • I felt nervous for her haha :)

  • if its your first time why in those shoes..unless your going to just jump into erotic dancing.c'mon really

  • if its your first time why in those shoes..unless your going to just jump into erotic dancing.c'mon really

  • Alright.

  • i totally agree. You did really good, but teacher...hmm, idk... I remember my first pole dancing class, and all we started with were basic spins...then climbs... plus we were building up strength and stretched b4...If not doing any of the things b4, you can get hurt ...Plus, most of the "between thighs" holds are really painful at first, thats why you need to gradually build your level up to those kind of moves, not just start up right away...Good job tho! p.s I would switch the teacher

  • just has to build up some muscle and reflexes and u be fine ;D nice clothes btw

  • I sat here w/ my mouth hanging open the ENTIRE time. Wtf kind of lesson is this?? Basics first..then climb..then sit. Wow...just wow.

  • ахах!! пиздец бабёна.. я бы на её месте уже 10 раз запрыгнула!

  • dam hot

  • good job, both of you. I just started pole dancing and I can learn so much from this video. Thank you for posting!

  • is she even trying????? seriously.

  • hrmmmm.....i like the way this lady teaches....although i think itd be easier to learn without the big bulky heels on......i find it so much easier to dance with bare feet.

  • Naughty naughty! Wearing rings on a pole! Lol...I tend to disagree with those who say you try ground moves first, you should really try from day one to test your own strength and this is one of the ways to do it...oh well, each to their own. xx

  • She is a really good teacher. The kind of positive reinforcment that she keeps giving Angelina gives the confidence to continue trying and continue bettering yourself.

My Personal Trainer uses the same techniques and it makes me keep wanting to do my best.

  • Brave move for a first-timer to post the video for all too see, and folk think its easy!!!

  • Oh my gosh, I'm dying of laughter.

  • this is adorable and i giggled like mad! :D cuute

  • this woman obviously has more money than sense... private lessons are so expensive! especially from a "professional"

  • and how's that your business?

  • It's obvious just in looking at the student that she has almost no muscle tone at all. Given the fact that she's already so thin, she could transform her body in very little time with nothing but a pair of dumbbells and various basic floor exercises.

  • This is scary...

  • maybe the teacher is trying to entertain herself

  • haha :D agreeeeeeeeeed?

  • this seems like a not the right trick to begin learnig with progress seems slow and jumping and fliging yorself into the pole. looks like yor having fun thats great, but technically and foundation wise not very solid. good luck

  • yeah, i was terribly confuzzled as to why the lady would teach her holds, etc first. i'd imagine it would be ground moves first and maybe some moves that give you a bit of momentum to get used to the feeling of your feet in the air..

  • DAG shes soooo freakin weak dats the problem!

  • @ladypimpgreen Because she's a beginner and has a shite tutor LOL

  • @MidnightSakura1 just because someone is a beginner, doesnt mean they have to be that weak, lolz

  • Im SURE it is not as easy as it looks....A LOT of upper body strength

  • it is if ya confident u dont need ALOT of upper body strength, i had a fukd back wen i started, wat u do need is a teacher who knows what to teach ya ie spins first, thats wat builds ya upper body for other moves, ;) this video sucks btw

  • so stupid to teach a newbie to JUMP into a pole sit.... you're just asking for a pole burn!

Even if you haven't yet learned how to climb first & go into the sit from there, theres a much easier way:

to just wrap your left leg around the pole, & keep the bottom of your left foot in front on the pole.... then just lift yourself in a controlled manner to cross your other leg onto your left.

she's apparently not a very good instructor..

  • well ihavent tried pole at all but is it really this hard to jump on the pole and hold this sitting position????????? it looks so easy...

  • its easy when you have the strength witch you need to build up as you learn, it is a beginner move its just a difficult one and i have never seen anyone get into the sitting pos from the floor its always from a climb

  • is this supposed to be advanced stuff? I can do that on a train pole. I could even go upside on a train pole first time i tried. Either your a complete weakling or ?

  • come on girl, put some oomph into it! your teacher is shit!

  • stupid video...

  • Hot boots!!

  • I'm a pole teacher and wow, we would never teach anyone this to start with! For one thing the chance of hitting the pole wiht a VERY sensitive area is super-high when you aren't familiar with how your body interacts with the pole and for another you should build up your strength by spinning before trying to do this. Yikes! I would learn with someone else who'll teach you properly and am v impressed you managed to do so well!

  • I taught myself...and people who have seen me dance say im really good considering ive never had lessons...=) i want lessons though...but my mother is so judgemental...

  • @amorsara1 I totally agree! Wow, the way I learnt that move was to 'step' up onto the pole with the right leg and bring the left up on top - and it REALLY hurt my thighs and I still can't do it properly! LOL But she did do great, that's for sure! :)
