what i got so far was shortly after noon a father and a child were playing outside then a crazed lunitic runs up to the 4 year old child and starts hacking at the child with a meat cleaver while the other father tries to fight off the lunatic. the child died shortly from severe trauma. bystanders jumped in to help and restrained the attacker untill police arrived, people in the crowd were yelling to leave the attacker to die.
