Hi i also had this done because of very dark bags ll,,sadly it didnt work as well because it came back also i am older now and have the hollow eye look !!..you do need some fat under the eye as you get older so the skin looks more plumped up ..but u do look fab huni happy it worked for u xx

Im 28 and have had eye bags, that i noticed, since i was 17! I even faked an eye exam just so I could get glasses to cover them...that ruined my eyes, and had laser surgery to fix that, now I want my eye bags gone :( they are a HUGE downer for me :(

@55mudhole Sweetie if something is in your power to change, then change it...

You say that you want your eyes done, and that they are a "HUGE downer" for you, well then fix them. You're still very young, save up for it, or do like my bff did and borrow the money (she invested in herself!)

But until then embrace yourself, cause I'm sure that you are a beautiful person.

You can get insurance to cover it if you can prove the it effects your eye sight. For real! My dad it it, and it ended up being free.

she is right, i had it done, its real simple and does make a difference, prob one of the best things a woman can do, no wrinkle cream can take the bags or puffiness away so dont waste money on expensive eye creams for the lower eye, as the body fluid can not release through the lower puffy eye bag easily s its fatty tisse that has released from the back eye socket, so the fat it self has to be removed...... Great vid very true xx

OK!!!! so , I saw this video and I was like.... Hmm.... that must be a sign! I'm 42 and have hereditary undereye bags which I honestly dont appreciate, to say the least. I have considered surgery but I keep on chickening out.. The thing is that I live in Canada, just moved there actually, and dont know of any reputable plastic surgions in Hamilton, Ontario where I live or in Toronto which is not far... How can find a good surgeon? what do I base my search on. Can you please advise?

You are absolutely so cute...gorgeous actually. Your personality suits you to a T. Glad you don't think it is wrong to use cosmetic surgery to help us feel better. It is a very personal decision for each of us. However, I've found many people can tend to be jealous of those who have the guts to follow through on surgery. I want to see a doctor, he told me about that operation but he said he thinks im too young for that (im in my early twennies). So now i do juvederm injections but it does not last that long so it's gonna cost me a lot if i do it all my life!! But I guess i have too wait for more puffiness under my eyes, i guess it goes badder when you're aging :S Was it the case for you?

@linkitty377 I did! I started using sunscreen religiously and had a series of Photo Facials/ IPL treatments. I keep them off with regular peels and exfoliation.

When u said u over 40 I was in shock lol you look so young and fresh your eyes are very beautiful ! Im 31 and I think my eyes looks like I'm 51 . I got bags and dark circles,because of those bags skin under eyes is so stretched out I can't even conceal and hide them it looks awful and too wrinkly makes it worse then without concealer .Idk what to do with my eyes :(

Mattie, does this address the "tear trough" area? I think that is my issue, and no matter how much concealer I try and put into that "line", it still shows. How would I find a good surgeon in my area if I don't really know anyone to ask? Would you trust online reviews? Thanks!!

@Peridot500 Yes! that's one of the reasons the 'bags' can look more pronounced. I get thrice yearly Juvaderm injections in that sunken area to even it all out. Concealer won't be enough. The injections are not very painful and run around $500. Ask around to your friends to find doctors. Hopefully they will be as forthcoming as I am about this stuff :)

And when you do find some docs you like, call the patients they provide for references!

Howev, injectables can be done by a very good esthetician

@dapuma71 the old Prep H was a model's standby for puffiness, but they have changed the formula a bit so I have not tried it lately. Just be really careful not to get in your eyes!!

I love your vids. Always so informative. Did Dr. Baker have to address dark circles under eyes? My under eye area is flat but dark circles make me look tired all the time and are even worse when I am tired.

@DonnaslifePart2 it just took care of the puffiness. but the puffs cast shadows that are now gone. Dark circles have not been an issue for me, but I have friends who have seen improvement through cleaning up the diet. Get rid of the sugar and processed junk. And a strict sleep schedule has also helped several of them. It's not always possible but make adequate sleep a high priority as best you can!
