@TheHeLLiCaRe Yea I know how it is. When I first started with the S860 all my photos looked terrible. Once I learned the camera and figured out it's limits I got better. The S860 shows grain really bad on any kid of dark colors(as do most cameras) like blue, gray, or a dark red. It's best to only use it outdoor or brightly lit areas. I always used either program or manual settings. Try to keep your ISO on the lowest setting(I think the lowest on the S860 was either 80 or 100).
@TheHeLLiCaRe Also install the software that came with your S860 it's called Samsung master it's an editing software. Its works pretty good once you learn how to use it. The thing you will wont to know though is that if you select a picture then click the third icon at the top that says edit. Then go to adjust at the top click auto clean. There will be a box that says grain check it and you should get three options. This will take out some of the grain but you will also loose a bit a pic detail.

dude i've been practicing on the same camera (thats why i stumbled here) and i have a few questions.
how come your pictures kick ass while mine is somewhat grainy (sometimes).
what settings do you use?
do you use the manual settings?
whats the best option for outdoor photography?
