do you eat a little bit of carbs at eat meal? i hear that load up on days you will need it for the next day and when your not doing intense activity to not eat so much? thanks!! :)
I don't have a TRX... and that might be a lucky thing. As clumsy as I am I'd probably lose my balance and fall flat on my face, with my leg up in the air, tangled in the strap! lol However, I'll try it using my stability ball. I LOVE your videos. I've been doing a lot of the routines and it's really starting to show :)

I've been a personal trainer for about 12 years now so I'll shed some light on the topic. People really seem to over-complicate things!
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Avoid high GI foods (they trigger fat storage)
2) Eat frequent, nutrient dense meals (every 3 hours) - include a protein source with each meal
3) Follow the nutrition plan from the "Fat Loss Customized" program (I can't provide a meal plan here)
