@shair00 Thanks! Ranch is a great option. When I grew up, we always used sour cream because my folks don't care for bleu cheese.

Bleu Cheese dressing is by far the best dressing. Hot wings and bleu cheese is one of life’s greatest things; especially when the wings are well-well cooked and crispy and not gooey. I’m defiantly going to try this out. Thanks.

Bleu Cheese smells like lilacs compared to the most heinous cheese I have smelled, LA TUR. Damn, that cheese smells awful, imagine a barnyard floor, full of cows, after three weeks of no cleaning. Yeah. Gross. As for Bleu Cheese my favorites come from Point Reyes Dairy and Maytag Dairy. They are most excellent. English Stilton is IMO the best of the European Bleu's. KING BLEU. My secret to oven fried wings is convection heat and Wondra Flour. They come out just as good as deep fried, no lies.
