This is so much easier if you just go run to the ladder round the back of the windmill, climb that, glide down to the little canopy opposite the shop then wait there for her. Seems like it takes longer, but it's more effective. lol.

It does work. I do it every time. Just seems easier than having to follow her everywhere. Only hard bit of it is jumping down at the right time. You have to do it after she's gotten to the safe, but before she finishes robbing it. It may taske a couple of tries if you're unlucky, but most of the time it's easy the first time.
