@TwixBabyFREAK Well, you could just use a Tee that already fits and cut off the top. Cut a bunch of little slits around the top edge and weave another T-shirt strip through the holes for the drawstring. (:

This is very, very awesome tutorial! The mini skirt makes it look very cute!

A small tip: instead of corset-lacing to make the shirt more fitted, you could also have resized the shirt first. The corset laces would be a lovely decoration, without having 'folds' in the fabric on your back.

The "skirt" on this project is actually called a "peplum" in fashion speak. Peplum tops and jackets were super crazy popular in the 40's and again in the 80's.
