It's a lot like an underhook/russian tie series, it's a lot stronger than it looks. Just my two cents.

Interesting idea, but the instructor has really poor locking technique. He seems to be holding on to the arm, when he is in fact in a strong position to move the attackers whole body. Just my obeservation.

@kjax2008 yep,youd know hs not a wrestler.You could just bump te guy forward and run from the russian tie without countering.
