i dont see why american muscle cant just accept tuner and euro is the best all around accept if you want a big hicked out mudding truck but then god forbid thats not all America is about... its all about the cars that aren't fuel efficient and can ruin perfectly good tires which could be used for better purposes :/

The GT-R and ZR1 shouldn't even be compared. The only reason people ever do is because the similarly priced Z06 can't take on the GT-R so they decide that a car which starts at $26,000 more and is barely quicker is a more "fair" route.

With these modifications it probably costs as much as a reasonably well equipped ZR1 and it is still faster.

I like Corvettes and they're great cars, but they can't be compared to this. Why not at least pair it against something else that is AWD?

@edawg305 what a joke dude, no car can do high 9 with just simple bolt ons. you must be talking about the Lingenfelters modified ZR1 which consists of a "modified supercharger" and every thing else in between that can cost more than 20k and for the whole kit. it produces 850 hp with drag radial tires, that's why it can do a 9.8 sec pass. If you have a gtr with the same hp and drag tires, it can achieve the same, if not better time than the zr1.

i love the Z-06 but this car is impressive with t turbos and tons of boost, RANGER Z-06 is stock only slicks on the rear did a 10.74 @ 129.50, all it needs is a mild cam to break into the 9's, but this car is still FAST
