its not a draw its a closed club face and a draw swing path thats called a hook, or a controlled hook, a draw is a square club face with a draw swing path

the swing path determines the flight of the ball (fade/draw) not the other way around

@WestBromSte ....thats right! clubface is 85% of starting direction and the path of the clubhead through impact is the governer of spin. And yes, a draw is hit with an open face. An example per Trackman would a swing path of 2 degrees from the inside with the clubhead and the clubface would be 1 degree open at impact. The face is 1 degree closed to the path and 1 degree open in relation to the target line.

@rigbst For the pros, it's about 70-80% where the clubface is aimed. Trackman has proven your statement wrong. You cannot tell me that a $25,000 launch monitor is wrong. To hit a cut, just aim the face where you want it to START. Then open your stance to how much you want it to cut. All you have to do from there is just swing along your stance. Then obviously it's opposite for a draw. Just research new ball flight laws, and you'll see what I'm talking about.
