I've had an iPhone 3GS for a year and a bit now and thought it was brilliant then for Christmas I got a 4s and realised what id been missing out on. If your considering getting an iPhone don't cheap out and get the earlier models, youll regret it.

I don't understand apple is always 2 or more years behind white its technology and its always very restrictive when released but for some reason when it reinvents something & ads the letter “I” in front everyone seems to thinks different.

@WatchmenDrManhattan Completely agree. Its software restrictions were the reason I got rid of mine. That, plus the lack of basic camera options, Bluetooth, doing everything over iTunes, and so on. Now have a HTC Desire HD. Smashes the iPhone out of the park. Double the functionality, decent browser (with flash), i dont need to sync everything lol. Much batter experience.

Iphone is nice to play with and with so many apps there's always something interesting to do, games are awesome too.But shitty camera (don't know why they're always behind),low battery life,no expansion slot, non removable battery (it's the best way to restart frozen phone and the more packed up memory is the bigger chance of that happening),impossible to customize and most of all some pompous Iphone owners that don't know shit about phones, keeps me back from buying one.

Well it depends I think. You can get on contract with Orange UK where internet is unlimited on mobile broadband and unlimited wifi as well. Monthly price depends on your needs such as how many minutes and how many texts you want to get. But its cheaper on the 24 month contract - thats in my opinion.

i kind of agree with your points there... however, as the presenter said the touch screen interface is the best currently available and the software that apple use - the OSX firmware, is absolutely flawless and much faster than it's HTC, Nokia, Blackberry and Samsung rivals. The app store doesn't even have a competitor that comes close so it's in a league of it's own in terms of functionality of the phone, so i don't really understand how you can say that the functions aren't readily available..
