@gelica13 Castor sugar in the US is called "Superfine" sugar. You can either buy Superfine sugar or you can whizz normal granulated sugar through a food processor, being careful not to take it so far its just powder.

You should try melting the chocolate and butter together au bain marie. Really, the taste is going to be much better and it's going to fudge much quicker.
Could you also grease the baking tray instead of using the greaseproof paper or would it be difficult for the cake to come out?
