Thanks for downloading this song. It's now on my hangugeo playlist. I haven't heard it a long time as I left "home" a year ago. I had heard the song in a movie but forgotten which. I'm watching the movie "Sex is zero" here on YT and stopped on part 5. A comment mentioned the name of the song and singer.

I heard the song a lot in Hong Kong in 2000-2001 and bought a mixed music VCD in Nanning 2001 with this version of the song so this is the version I'm keeping!

Singing with techno dance is something few singer can perform live on TV - especially late 1990s in Korea. JH was rare example who can do it with (extreme) perfection, so it was almost impossible to distinguish live or not.

Having said that, with those low quality videos, no once can tell live or not.
