The problem with N. Korea is that the only people who have ANYTHING are the military. Kim Jong lives like a king (literally) and the military are doing better than 99% of the population, so an overthrow of the government is NOT something they wold ever want to see. And North Korea has one of the most powerful militaries in the world, so to think the peasents could revolt against it would be crazy.
