Yes. Vomics are produced by the official creators. It is usually broadcast on tv after the variety show Sakiyomi Jump Bang. A different series is featured each month(that's why there're only 4).

@45moma about the seiyuus speaking after the second vomic: they are simply talking about how long it's been since they've seen eachother, they mention REBOCON 2011, goof around a little and generally have a good time talking about not seeing eachother in forever. Reborn comments on the voice actor of Suzuki, then mentions that he's excited at the end. Anyway it's all very light and nothing about the vomics or anime--so says my boyfriend who understands this much better than me.

@45moma The only indication that we have of the anime returning was something stated by the seiyuu of Gokudera in his personal blog. He promised that they would "be back soon" with "quality material"; but never has an official date or notice been dropped for the continuation of the series. I was also disappointed that Julie wasn't in the vomics, but they did cut a few parts of the chapters out. But yes, these vomics were made due to popularity so hopefully there will be more!
