If you think Lena is singing too powerful, or overpowering, just watch some videos about her. Lena sang 'You Raise Me Up' many times and there is bunch of them on youtube. Lena is one of the most skilled female singer in Korea, has powerful voice and outstanding singing ability. Don't diminish Lena Park just because she has richer voice than Sica you some freakin SNSD retarded fans.

I agree that Jessica and Lena have two very different styles of singing. But yes, Lena's voice does have more power. But remember that she has been singing professionally since 1998. That's 11 years during 2009. Plus she probably went through loads of vocal training even before that. She has so much more experience than Jessica, so it is natural her vocals would be more developed.

But the main thing is that Jessica can and will continue to improve.

Jessica's voice is powerful no doubt, it's just awkward because it sounds "heavier" than Lena's voice. Lena has a more girly sounding voice, however I'm not saying Jess has a manly voice, it's just Lena's voice is more higher pitched.

both of them reached incredibly high notes for each of their own voice respectively. and jessica was harmonizing with lena :) you can see that jessica was singing three notes lower than lena cuz that was wut her voice was comfortable with....

their voices are good in their own ways. lena's is powerful and she can reach high notes but sica's is soothing and soft. :)

I'm a Jessica fan and I have to say I felt quite sad and happy for her at the same time. Sad coz she was trying very hard to dig out the same power as Lena and you could see that it wasn't really in her. I love her voice and I think its sexy, its just not powerful.

I'm happy for her because I'm sure she relished the chance to be able to perform next to someone very talented and she does look very beautiful there =D

Lena's voice has been developed for belting out the notes. Jessica's voice wasn't mean to sing these sorts of power ballads, but rather songs with a more intimate quality to them (anyone seen her perform Heaven w/Fany? That's what I'm talking about)
