I am not that naive on the bible, i have been taught the bible practically my whole life. By bible, i was actually meaning the new testament. The new testament was written the same way as the old testament (torah). Except it was moses who wrote it and supposedly god told him what to write. Its the same as the new testament, it was man made. Also it was a different culture than it is now and everything was passed down through oral tradition, things change.

Ridiculous. He defends the Taliban and bin Laden, focusing his false moral judgments at the US. He "wishes the Taliban would go away"...typical leftist fantasy. Someone ought to do something, but we'll criticize whatever they do. He talks in circles quite a bit, and only tells one side of the story. bin Laden took responsibility for 9-11 attack, yet here is Chomsky saying "well, we don't REALLY know if he did"...Ridiculous tripe.

He said making statements like 'why don't the Afghans just hand him over' is as pointless and academic as just wishing the Taliban would just go away. He did not at any point defend the Taliban, not a single word of defence in fact. It's people like you who have convinced politicians that they need to treat the public like children. You hear something a little more complex than 'they are evil and we are good' and start calling people lefty scum. Hurry up and become extinct cold war dinosaur.

Wrong. He makes statements that directly equate to "yeah, so the taliban are bad-guys, whatever...but OUR government is REALLY at fault because..." He is a communist. He wants equality for all, but wants to be a little more equal. Show me one position he holds that is not diametrically opposed to US foreign policy....one. You can not because he is a contrarian, like the socialist french. you're name is apropos: spinning tales.
