This was at the MLAGB site at Wedgenock in warwick, i'v never had and problems shooting left handed before, although i have now fitted a pan cover for safety.
On a good day it can hit a 2 foot by 2 foot paper target at 50 yards, the problem with it is consistancy, thats the problem with smoothbores getting everything the same everytime, i use a .740 round ball between vegetable wads, and 100 grains of medium grain blackpowder.
How do you menage to to that? Do you shoot often? I'm firing very seldomly, and with a .78 calibre bore and a .716 Ball in a waxed and greased Papercartridge with 219 grains of, in moderns terms, very crappy bad powder, Priming from the Cartridge, I'm nearly as accurate as you at 50meters. So I wonder your accuracy is not significantly greater. Do you have a rather ill-bored asian/indian Replica?

@450martini
Good morning. Have you ever tried using a cloth patch instead of wads?
