@Byakuyami Because the way Akira designed this transformation, he wanted more apish features to show on the face and in the voice. the lost of eyebrows but protruding eyebrow muscles along with the depending of the voice. He even had his original design have the tail regrow back but had a hard time editing that into the story's plot so it was scraped at the deadline
