i am in the blaack arm gang and when i go to the pheonix gang the guy tells me to go away

i got a friend to get the shield and trade it but u cant, tried droping it but also didnt work

I think you can change from Black Arm to Phoenix but you can't change from Phoenix to Black Arm

@Footbalcrazychocomad No, you can use spell telegrab to steal the 2 cross bows and give them to the Black Arms Gang then you can join Black Arms Gang.

@darthvador0 If you need to find a partner for the quest, check the Runescape Forums under "Quests>Shield of Arrav" section. Even if you can't post in the forum you can still see who's in the other gang and PM them online.

@2stich If you know the spell telegrab and you are on the Phoenix Gang, you can use the spell to steal the 2 cross bows and give it to the Black Arms Gang then you can join the Black Arms Gang. Or if you are on the Black Arm Gang by accident, you can switch to the Phoenix Gang by talking to Reldo in Varrock's library.
