this show entertained me for a week, and I enjoyed it, but c'mon am I the only one that realizes that this show is complete trash? maybe the manga was better but every character is awful and annoying for the most part and the plot is terrible, the main character was alright and it was funny at times but thats about it IMO, literally EVERY other ecchi anime I have seen is better than this, everyone on this should go watch Girls Bravo, Rosario+Vampire, Maburaho, To Love Ru, kissxsis,negima,kankon

@IwalkOnPlanes problem with that anime was one thing: plot was complet out of sense.

We had usual life of few people + their friends then puff! Takuya+Ren then END.

This was really bad story if you ask me.

But I must say that anime had potential and to be honest I loved Ren as a character beceause he wasn't perfect and he was similiar to human other than rest of the DearS which are like robots.

Creators shoul make story better to make Takuya+Ren logic not out of a sudden as they did.

@SolderHD The anime coulda used a second season, and it's not like there wasn't enough material in the manga to make it. At 8 volumes plus a fan book, the manga answers alot of the questions left behind by the anime, and wraps things up in a much more complete way. Well, maybe someday we'll get that second season. @2BWholeAgain13 There were 2 main reasons that DearS ended: the first was because it didn't follow the manga. Example the second DearS you see here was from the manga ( her name is China ) and she only popped up in the last minute of DearS on a computer that Takeya's friends were looking at. I believe the second reason is because of the "sexual" stuff in the anime. People were complaining and the director got ticked off and you can guess what happened after. The end.

ya'll remember the" tenchi muyo" ova. a 12 episode season. was on cartoon network off and on since y1995 back wen toonami was just toonami well they just made the 7 episode conclution and released in usa in november 2005. dears just came out in 2004 now I'm not sayin the will but sometimes famious animes with more mild popularity. poeple want what the cant have right away .they make you wait then release it.everybody buys it befor u-tube airs it for free u-tube
