@KampyRenault Actually, rr exists in a way. Not as an individual syllable, but they use a small tsu syllable before the an r syllable to denote a repetition of the sound.

I guess Japanese language has very limited pronunciation of foreign language.

So what they can do is just drop some letters off so they can actually say it.

In this song, Luka is saying "wor~" and "~ld" is just silent...

@mastela88 because the hiragana and katakana syllabaries contain the syllable wa, which is more commonly known to Japanese speakers than a foreign syllable like 'wo'. Unless they are proficient in English or another language that uses such a syllable, usually, a Japanese will choose the wa syllable to try and pronounce foreign words.
