Here's what I did which worked. After that big jump that almost everyone falls off their bike, just wait down there and kill them before they get on their bike. Then cruise through it without dealing with those assholes pitting you.

it always gives me the mission KICKSTART !!!!!

Go there on Monday's and Wednesday's to get Dirt Track.

@AlexxProductions1 and by saying go there to monday and wednesday doesn't mean in real life. Monday and Friday at the game you'll see it at the tab button

i don reccommend using a laptop cuz san andreas burn your ram which can slow and lagg your computer

You can just put your laptop and the mouse on a desk or table and play.
