I'm actually trying to write a screenplay for Wild Magic, and I have to say I'm picturing an entirely different cast, but this one's not bad.

I think the cast is perfect! my only problem is that king john should have been taylor Laugtner. who is Daine?

I don't find it that bad, it's actually pretty good. Appearance wise. Acting wise I don't think Johnny Depp or Orlando Bloom would be good choices. Orlando, although hot, cannot ACT. And Johnny Depp... well I couldn't see him in that role because he always plays the more eccentric characters. At least in most of his films. Also, I think a real actor as Daine might be better in my opinion. I would love to know who Alanna and Thayet were though.

@BlissfulPurity I agree, I only used these actors because they looked like how I pictured the characters, not that I actually think that they should have the part.

I don't like most of the people in this, because they're too good looking or the wrong age! Numair is too handsome, Onua too pretty, Alanna too pretty, George too good looking.

Thayet needs jet black hair and be gorgeous, Jon needs to be incredibly handsome and older...I forgot who Burri is lol.

I think Numair was PERFECT, as was Jonathon and the rest - the only ones I didn't like were Onua and Buri. Other than that, good work!

@horsezrul713 its actually me! i have experience in film and theatre and have been told by friends that have read the series that I look exactly like how they pictured Daine.

Don't agree with others - i can't imagine Orlando as Numair, i'd always be thinking of Will Turner from Pirates of the Carribean. and Orlando's too perfect-looking..Numair is born from a merchant family, remember, and he was never described as very handsome. Same thing with Onua, the actress's too young and pretty to be a horsemistress who was once beaten by her husband. well anyway, great effort :)

I don't know what I thought of that cast, but gosh, Orlando Bluhm is perfect for Numair! I never would have thought of it, but it's perfect!

Love your idea, but I think that these people are too pristine, too clear cut for the characters of Tamora's books. Mainly because her characters are much messier and rougher than these actors.

@issa32065 I would say that they were more mild-aged (Alanna and Jon are only in their late twenties, early thirties when they first meet Daine) than old. But yeah, the guy for Jon does seem to be a tad young, but otherwise nice castings.

Orlando Bloom as Numair and Johnny Depp as George, that would be sooo great lol.

@rubyalice100 oh no, i'm not knocking you or anything. I actually thought that the cast you picked for the older character was quite fitting and worked really well. I especially liked Orlando Bloom as Numair and Johnny Depp as George, I thought that was a really good character match.
