No. Winston, Sam, Barton, et al are all birds of the same flock. They are all "good buddies"! Sam is heading to federal prison for a good stretch here in the near future.

Sam Davis can not hand in two peices of paper and win anything. Not even the goofy prize. Sammy boy is simply a person who will sell you anything you will buy. The only 2 questions are... what will you buy and how much will you pay for it. Sam will do everything within his ability to accommodate that transaction, just as soon as you pay him. However, do not be surprised if you pay him and not receive anything. Sam's word is worthless. His alleged knowledge is worth less than his word.
