I am just getting started with Zazzle but when it comes to stretching an image, how much can you stretch it before it looks bad? My image is 800 X 800 and I want it stretched to where the ! first appears, will that be too bad?
Cool video man. I've been a zazzle customer since 2005 and they keep getting better and better every time I go to them for something silly that I want made up. For me, the BEST thing about them that VistaPrint and other pale in comparison is Zazzle's customer service. I ordered like 15 mouse pads from them one time and 2 or 3 came back defective (image was a little mal-aligned.) Anyway, after a 5 minute call with them, they sent me packaging and a pre-paid return shipping label.
I was a repeat customer of Zazzles'. Then I designed/ordered shoes. Zazzle took my credit card payment, but then afterward told me they would not make the shoes. But they refused to issue me a refund. ZAZZLE WILL STEAL YOUR PAYMENT, THEN NOT PROCESS YOUR ORDER. Zazzle will rip you off. Heads up.
you can do a lot of this stuff in still great quality from your computer. Mouse pads, stickers and Tshirts. I used an iron for some of this stuff before and it works fine, but I invested in a decent heat press machine for an inexpensive price. I am able to make my designs in an art program like Photoshop, or Gimp (free), Illustrator or whatever people like to use. As long as it is flat the heat press will do it or iron. Also on the stickers and magnets. You can buy the paper and do it that way.
@Hyperspazzman Yes I am replying to myself. lol I had something to add to this. The Tshirts I created most of them are still in good shape. Some are fading. I have had most of them from 3 to 5 yrs. I think that is pretty good as an iron-on. The mouse pads I did are still in good shape and I have had them for quite awhile. Just a good way to save money with doing stickers etc.
Go to Vista Print for magnets. I got a set of fridge magnets when I got some business cards and they were as good as any I've seen. The business cards look good too (my design). Good video...I started doing some designs on Zazzle and your video is extremely informative. Thanks! My designs are at Zazzle are the same user name as here. -strangersound ;)
Sorry to disagree. I have had horrible service from these jokers. See the "Site Jab "reviews. Zazzle is not recommended. Be aware that many folks report poor quality, crooked printing, slow service, and censorship. A couple of folks indicate their own artwork was rejected by Zazzle as "copyrighted material". One guy said with all the charges for returns of a bad T shirt job, he wond up paying something like 60 bucks for a cheap T shirt.
@SurfSkateProductions When I designed the image in Photoshop I made sure the resolution was big enough already, so no I didn't get an exclamation mark in Zazzle when I was sizing it on the shirt. Make sure whatever image you designed is a decent resolution or else when it's printed it may appear pix-elated.
Is there a phone # where I can reach them by any chance?? I would like to ask some question about their website. If by any chance you have a # for Zazzle I will appreciated, thanx and have a good one. :)
I was saying that I would like to try out to work for Zazzle. I would like to know if Zazzle ask you for money before beginning to work for them? I've seem other work from home jobs that they ask you for money, so my concern here is if ZAZZLE do the same thing?? I will appreciate a lot if you can respond to me back plaease and thank u. :)
@Purpleland81 You're not really 'working' for Zazzle. You are just making things for yourself really, however people have the option to buy things you have designed if they like, and you can make a little money off it.
Hello zerosk8er77!! How r u?? I like the cool stuffs there but I also see that you can work for Zazzle but what I really want to know is if they ask you for money when you work for them, cuz the reason why I'm asking you this is because I've seen other work from stuffs that they ask you for money and the their stuffs don't work and they are bunch of SCAMMERs. So if you this message, I would like to hear from you please and thank you, I will appreciated a lot. :)
@hailekostin sorry I didn't see this earlier...for one thing you can't produce copywritten images. Deadmau5 is just that. But props for listening to his music. Did you figure it out yet though??
@deleon507 I'm confused to what you mean but yes I'm sure a lot of the blank products come from china, perhaps printing on the American Apparel shirts is what we should all do.
If you have a store on zazzle, does that mean that if you post stuff you have to make and sell it yourself, or does it just mean you have the option to and if you do the website does it itself? Please tell me. Thanks
would you consider doing a youtube video on "how to upload? a video on youtube?!?! I don't have any kids around to teach me and I'm a hands-on learner:)
@center4miracles - this is the only review i have done. I noticed at the time when I uploaded this that there were no other decent zazzle reviews. There has to be a video on how to upload on here...
@JayKRiot - sorry for the delayed response...no you cannot used copyrighted images or celebritys or anything...however there may be some already made available on there.
You did an awesome job at showing what you've made and bought. I am a zazzler, and have my own shop as well. Been a zazzler for three months, and has had three sales. I've even got my first check for the sales. Awesome site!
Warning !!!! Google Zazzle plus scam ! T-shirts ordered 12/2/2009 Delivered 12/24/2009 ! Subtotal:$49.90 Shipping:$12.97 Tax: $0.00 Total:$62.87 Credit Card:$62.87 pluss 42$ in custom They sent me two ulgly blurry pirate bay t-shirt ! I paid 105 $ total with delivery ! What can i do, it cost to much to send it in return ! I have already lost 42 $ = way to much for custom, need to contact them to ! custom is suppose to be 25 % from USA to Norway ! I have never paid that much !
I'm thinking of making a poster for my sister for the holidays, do you know if they're any good? The price isn't that bad, and I can't find the poster she wants.
so far I've made like 4 dollars...only have sold 1 shirt. I marketed my stuff towards skaters in my local town and they are cheap sons of guns. If you are really well at graphic vectors and you make unique designs you could potentially make some doe...it's worth a shot. Let me know if you create anything I'll take a look.
when you made your black shirt did the color of the blue change at all? because i made a shirt from spreadshirt and my blue turned out to be purple when i got it.
i love zazzle it is great! i saw your shirts and they are great! zazzle is very good because of the profit and the quality u get out of the items great work with this video! :]]
big companies like Zazzle make the online checkout with credits secure....plus your bank will protect you from any fraud. Just don't order off any shady looking sites, if the web page doesn't look professional, don't order from it. Zazzle is a legit, big company it's ok.
Track jackets use an embroidery...which costs extra for Zazzle to make a 'stitch' file, have not ordered any jackets nor plan to. AS for the mouse pad...no fading whatsoever...excellent condition so far, have had it for over a month, spilled stuff on it and everything.
oh shit I forgot about all that footage. I have it in my computer somewhere Ok I'll do it remind me if you don't see it in a month though. DK said it was ok to post it online but I bet Andy will get mad/embarressed or something
oh please. dont let andy be the one to hold you back from great footage because he doesnt want people to see his drunk ass drop kick dory-kay...and get his ass whooped. haha

I ordered a poster (someone else's design)
custom sized! (nice option)
and it is GREAT QUALITY, shipped in hard tube and paper wrapped to protect it.
It is quite pricey though, but it is exactly what I wanted :D
I would buy from them again for sure!
