  • Nice, one out of many solutions. It just signed an engagement with the US. Army to put a facility in the Mexican Gulf to pump waves, produce 60kilowatt, and filter water with the electricity. Good solution for african and arabic lands.

  • Any way this can get any of the new funding available for alternative energy?

  • I am very happy to know that i heard from the "CHIEF E X E C U T I V E OFFICER" wow Makes me feel so un-important does it make you feel BIG? lol

  • Way to go guys! We are all...pumped...for this!

  • The Pumps needs VSD's to control the speed of the pumps, I think Vacon Drives do large pump VSD's

  • Each country in the world that needs desalinated water or electricity has it's average wave height measured and the Seadog Pump is built to meet that wave height plus higher waves. In a hurricane, the pump is locked down so the waves go right over it. The base is open so that fish can swim through it or coral can make a coral reef on it's around and through its bottom. Great for the environent. Go Green!!!!!

  • This looks good in the lab, but it looks like it has hard stops designed for a 6' wave. What happens when Hurrican Dubya comes through with 13' or 22' waves? Alas, the stops will be overrun and the pump will be smashed. But I like the concept of the high pressure pump driving a desalination plant.

  • This is lovely, thanks for posting! I´d love to see this demonstrated by the sea.

  • What did you think? The more action in this space the better!

  • That is a lot of equipment to light two light bulbs. I have surfed next to the sea dog at surfside texas.
