most boxers when they turn pro are trained more to fight like a pro, by using less footwork to hit your opponent, mayweather still uses a slight amateur style where he pops and steps back, in and out footwork. thats one of the reasons why hes so effective,

@BIGxRICK he fought morales for the first time and he had a doctor appointment the day before the fight and had blood drawn it weakened him and he lost the fight...He was willing to take the test but he wanted to take it after the fight so that it wouldn't affect him. The real question is why would Floyd want a blood test and not and ordinary test is he scared of pacquiao? or scared that when he takes the urine test we will find out he has a vagina?

Mayweather's punch accuracy is over 40% and Pac's is about 16%
Mayweather's defense is impeccable, and he knows how and when to throw.
There speed is about the same, but pacman doesn't use his speed to his advantage as he just ends up punching peoples forearms.
Pacquiao is very good.
Mayweather is impeccable.

Youre right about cage fighting... MMA beats boxing. Cause all the mma guy has to do is either kick the boxer in the legs or just lay down on his back and let the boxer go try n ground n pound... if the boxer doesnt ground and pound the MMA fighter out then the MMA guy probably cut off the boxers punching range and since the boxer cant grapple... is already in a submission leaving him to tap out or have a broken bone or joint. Boxing is amazing but i prefer MMA because its not just punches.

pac v floyd..hard one to call.i used to hate mayweather before he beat hatton but since then ive looked into the mayweather fights and if i was a young boxer i would try to be mayweather..only in the ring tho n id be hatton or pac out the ring...mayweather=cocky bastard but real class..my prediction mayweather will fight pac n beat him towards the end of the fight or on points..hard to call

Let's get our facts straight, people. Mayweather: 39 fights, 39 wins, & 25 wins by KO. But Marquez has 55 fights, 50 wins, & 37 wins by KO. Marquez has more experience and fought the toughest dogs. It won't be difficult for him to move up to Welterweight division. I believe Mayweather won all his fights because his opponents were not really the toughest. Mayweather is an overrated boxer. Believe me, Marquez will knock him out.

Millions of fans turned to MMA because of fighters like Floyd. With all the talent Floyd has, he spends most of each fight trying to avoid taking a single shot. He only beats the hell out of the dead bodies like Gatti. Even little Manny KO'd Oscar, Floyd wins a split decision. Floyd is the best at that "tag you're it" style. If he were "the man" he would come back in his own division and challenge champ Paul William's, But he calls out a guy who started his career at 106 lb. But that's Floyd.

ok. it is a fact that mayweather jr is undefeated. but i don't think that it is a fact that mayweather jr is a better fighter than marquez. it took him 10 rounds to ko hatton. i think that mayweather jr is an overrated boxer. now, marquez is a fighter who is almost as tough as pacquiao, and it only took pacquiao 2 rounds to ko hatton. therefore, it is more likely that marquez will also ko mayweather. the question is: in what round? i do not know the answer to that.

Mayweather has a size advantage over both Marquez and Pacman.
Id rather see him fight Cotto/Clottey/Margo/Mosley or any other real Welta! I think he could beat them all!

Nah man, the second a guy claims to be up there with Ali and Robinson (as PBF has done) then you have to scrutinise.
The fact he has been at welta for 5 years now and his biggest scalps are Judah, Gatti, Baldimore and Hatton. Thats nothing short of pathetic of a guy claiming GOAT.
Its just the way i am, the bigger claims a fighter makes - the higher the standard becomes.
