Cmon it was a spin-off, i was not a bad idea and once I get used to the new characters I actually started liking it, it wa still a good show but different

Also Im happy they didnt continue with JD, Zach didnt wanted to continue, he was tired of it since season 7 so to continue with JD would have been a punishment for Zach

Please someone explain me something. I thought this episode was the last one, and really seems to be because, after this scene, they are all saying good bye to each other, not because J.D is leaving, they are saying good bye as actors now I'm confused, it seems that the sitcom is not over yet. @ccaaaiiooo Season 9 of scrubs is totally different, the hospital changes into teaching hospitals and the main story is around the med students, J.D appears for only few episodes Ted, Carla and the Janitor are gone, Eliot appears in few episodes as well and the remaining characters from the real scrubs are mainly Dr Cox and Turk.

It's an "eh ok" season with a very lame ending and I wouldn't recommend watching it.

Season 9 had 3/4 of the cast of the Original Scrubs Series. And was meant to be a " Spin Off" even Bill said " Its not going to be the Scrubs we have come to know and love over 8 Years, its going to be a spinoff "

and the " Fans " had a hard time accepting that. And just because ABC canceled Scrubs, doesn't mean its dead and gone.
