This is very interesting from the neurological point of view. This style of music was always in the piano background of Charles Chaplin's and other classic mute B&W comedy movies. Perhaps it reminds you of something really funny that you saw in one of those movies when you were very young, too young to bother about what style of music the soundtrack it was.
