dude the old k 5 hadthe K5 inlay also and it has different style on the headstock, the fretboard didnt have a frame (dunno what´s the correct name) and it´s another body shape of the bass. My friend got an old K5 you idiot it´s not. Get your informations right before telling any other.
by frame the "technical" term is binding and my brothers K5 is exactly like that and doesn't say K5 on it, but it does say K5 on the headstock the new K5 has the K5 inlay look up the Ibanez website, or check one out in a guitar centre of something

I don't understand why Fieldy plays a 5-string, he never touches the high end. he could just tune B-E-A-D. Same goes to the guitarists. It's just a stupid fucking image thing.
I am pretty sure monkey and head have used all 7 strings in quite a few songs. I do agree with you about fieldy not touching the high end. If you did tune a 4 string to ADGC the A string would be much more clicky sounding than it is on a 5 It's pretty much unplayable on a 4 in ADGC. So i think your totally wrong on "it's just a stupid fucking image thing." anyways when did 5 strings become so cool? people played 5 strings before fieldy.
You really need to work on your slapping technique. Fieldy's way of slapping in general isn't that great, but that doesn't mean you have to carry on the tradition. Slap with your wrist mostly, on the bottom of the fretboard. That way you don't have to slap as hard and screw your pickups, not to mention it's easier on the strings.
you dont have to slap higher to not mess up your pickups..tthey should have screws on them to reomove em..just tighten them em and move them farther down into the body of the bass so the strings dont hit em

Its pretty ok, at some parts i hear the actual Korn record´s bass just a few seconds before he plays the note but technical, it´s good. I´m wondering what bass he plays

dude the old k 5 hadthe K5 inlay also and it has different style on the headstock, the fretboard didnt have a frame (dunno what´s the correct name) and it´s another body shape of the bass. My friend got an old K5 you idiot it´s not. Get your informations right before telling any other.

by frame the "technical" term is binding and my brothers K5 is exactly like that and doesn't say K5 on it, but it does say K5 on the headstock the new K5 has the K5 inlay look up the Ibanez website, or check one out in a guitar centre of something

I don't understand why Fieldy plays a 5-string, he never touches the high end. he could just tune B-E-A-D. Same goes to the guitarists. It's just a stupid fucking image thing.

I am pretty sure monkey and head have used all 7 strings in quite a few songs. I do agree with you about fieldy not touching the high end. If you did tune a 4 string to ADGC the A string would be much more clicky sounding than it is on a 5 It's pretty much unplayable on a 4 in ADGC. So i think your totally wrong on "it's just a stupid fucking image thing." anyways when did 5 strings become so cool? people played 5 strings before fieldy.

You really need to work on your slapping technique. Fieldy's way of slapping in general isn't that great, but that doesn't mean you have to carry on the tradition. Slap with your wrist mostly, on the bottom of the fretboard. That way you don't have to slap as hard and screw your pickups, not to mention it's easier on the strings.

you dont have to slap higher to not mess up your pickups..tthey should have screws on them to reomove em..just tighten them em and move them farther down into the body of the bass so the strings dont hit em
