the highest level you need to do them is cooking at 40 and even thats a piece of piss to get

you have to do all the achievement diary on free-to-play and the only charges you get with the ring is; 3 energy restore charge's that restore 50 energy each time and you can only use 3 of thos charges a day and you also get 30 free low alcemy spells-you also get the magic exp for the low alcs that you cast

ok say you do the first part you get a ring,and you can use 1 charge same with the second,and3rd but on the third you get to use it 3 times,50 run each time then youcan also use cabbage teleport,as many times as you want.also low alchemy for 30 times hope this helped also

the cabbage teleport doesnt need to recharge...you can teleport as many times as you want.

the other 2 things, are recharge running energy 3 times and 30 low alchs for free...they recharge with the "new sun" he says, so everyday you can use them again :)
